Working Principle Of Hydrogen Generator

The hydrogen generator uses liquid ammonia as raw material. After being decompressed by the liquid ammonia pressure reducing valve, it is vaporized in the vaporizer and then enters the decomposition furnace. The decomposition furnace is equipped with an activated nickel catalyst and decomposes at a temperature of 800℃-850℃. Finally, the high-temperature gas exchanges heat with gaseous ammonia in the heat exchanger, and the decomposition gas is cooled down. The gaseous ammonia recovers heat and heats up before entering the decomposition furnace for decomposition. At the same time, a mixture of 75% hydrogen and 25% ammonia was obtained.
