Hydrogen Generator Installation Procedures

1. Open each cover first, and distinguish the covers at the same time. Do not install them incorrectly! Just pull the safety valve upward to prevent it from getting stuck and losing its protective effect. It is best to bind the main unit to the cart with wire.
2. Add 5-8 kilograms of aluminum to the reaction chamber (isolation plate). (Scrap aluminum wire is better. Aluminum chips and aluminum that can leak out of the isolation plate holes cannot be used. Aluminum cans and bottle caps must be hammered flat, the tighter they are. The better) (as much aluminum as possible), seal the reaction chamber cover tightly; the valve must be tightened. (Note that there should be no aluminum in the control room and under the isolation board).
3. Add 5-10 kilograms of caustic soda in the control room, then add an appropriate amount of water (usually 30 kilograms. But it cannot exceed the maximum liquid level; the water weight is estimated to be about 32 kilograms at the maximum liquid level) and then seal the control room cover tightly. Tighten the valve (be careful not to add too much water).
