How does a hydrogen dryer work?

This series of dryers apply the principle of temperature swing adsorption, adsorbing (working) at normal temperature and high water vapor partial pressure, and resolving (regenerating) at higher temperature and low water vapor partial pressure. That is, the water adsorbed by the adsorbent during the adsorption process is completely removed during the regeneration process by virtue of the thermal diffusion mechanism of high-quality regeneration gas (dry gas heating). The heater is generally an electric heater, but compressor waste heat or steam can also be used.
The entire device consists of two drying towers working in parallel, as well as heaters, circulating fans, coolers, gas-liquid separators, etc. All actions are performed automatically by the device. The design and manufacturing are in compliance with national standards such as GB150-89 "Steel Pressure Vessels".
